WOW. I am so glad I found A2X. The integration between Shopify and Quickbooks was super easy and straight forward. Their support team is incredible too. They are super responsive and will jump a call to walk me through my questions/concerns. 10/10 recommend if you have a Shopify store.

Can't live without it
I just installed it and got used to it in 5 minutes. I did have some questions about Sales tax and Iona answered me perfectly and very fast. The response time is very fast, chat is also awesome. The founder Ashley is also on top of everything. I needed some time to understand some tax rules in NYS but I cleared that up and hope to use it for a long time. When you sell on AMZ you need this.

Better than I expected.
I tested a few other Amazon account payment plug-ins and they did not perform with high volume and had many import errors. A2X handled our high volume 60,000 transactions per month just fine. All data was imported neatly into QuickBooks Online. I imported a years worth of data with no errors. I started skeptical, but in the end I was nicely impressed. I would fully recommend.

We've recently integrated A2X with Shopify and Xero for our business and it's made our accounting much more accurate and streamlined. The support has been excellent too. Robert was incredibly patient helping us work through a more complex manual payment clearing setup, explaining everything clearly until we had it working perfectly. Great software backed up by great customer service. Highly recommended.

Amazing Support & Customer Service
I've been a user of A2X for about a year now and previously just used the Shopify to Xero integration. I recently decided to make the upgrade to also have the PayPal to Xero integration set up, to cut down on manual end of month reconciliation across multiple currencies with the FX variances between PP & Shopify being a bit painful. I had my complimentary 1 hour onboarding meeting with Nicole from A2X and the experience was 11/10. Super friendly, helpful and patient (actually put in the time to teach and help me understand instead of rushing through things, whilst still making the most of the time), achieved all the set up I needed and I've just been finalising the implementation and so far I'm very impressed. All her explanations were incredibly clear and instead of an awkward onboarding meeting it felt like chatting with an old friend (not your average onboarding experience). The software is also very dynamic to adapt to new scenarios and truly does make it so much easier on the end user. Thanks so much Nicole - I really appreciate it.

Great App! Great Team!
I’m new to A2X, and my experience so far has been fantastic. The team was incredibly helpful in getting several of my eCommerce stores connected to Xero. I was having trouble linking multiple platforms under a single subscription, but the support team quickly understood the issue and guided me through the process. One of the standout features is the chat support. It’s refreshing to be able to speak with a real person who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping solve your problem. Best in Class Product - World Class Support
A2X has taken our Amazon remittance from literally days of work (during our peak season) to less than 20 minutes to post each payment. And, you'll finally know your costs and details you likely weren't tracking properly - especially if you're heavy in FBA. It takes some homework, and I'd recommend connecting with their support team (Manuela is amazing) before set-up to ensure your chart of accounts is aligned properly. We've had two issues in the first year (mainly due to the transition from our old ways to the new) that were completely supported, updated, and remedied within 1-2 calls. I'm very happy with our decision to move to A2X, and they make the complicated Amazon marketplace remittance and accounting easy once installed.

A2X has been a complete lifesaver for my Amazon business, taking the headache out of matching complex payouts to Xero. Quick and Easy
It's easy to use and mostly automatic, if you have any experience with accounting then you will have no problems using A2X, or if you are like me: your accountant will go through it with you in about 30 minutes. There are also plenty of tutorials online if you would prefer to do it that way, or just need a little reminder. I also have my Xero account connected to make things even easier.

Easy to use and immediately saw the value. Splitting Amazon deposits between months was a brutal exercise and now A2X handles it all. A2X & Xero is a a no brainer tech stack for any Amazon seller.

Don't do FBA without this
When I discovered A2X for our FBA business it was like a weight was lifted off of our bookkeeping. Not only was it so much easier to input accounting information with an Amazon payment but it was much more accurate. This is a great affordable service.

I was stunned with the friendliness and promptness of their customer service, I had an issue which was neither mine nor A2X, but Amazon's. The A2X connected with amazon and got the issue resolved with minimal involvement from me. 5 stars for sure would recommend.

I just started working with A2X...
I just started working with A2X I learned about them through a Claude recommendation to optimize my accounting processes, and it has been a fantastic choice. We’ve connected our Amazon Seller Central and our Shopify transactions and so far everything is running, smooth and significantly reduces the reconciliation process in QuickBooks.
