About A2X

Humans behind the automation

Accounting for ecommerce has always been hard. From selling on multiple channels, in different states and countries, large volume of orders, marketplace fees, inventory and shipping logistics, to accounting for sales tax or VAT – there's so much to consider every month when closing the books.

A2X was founded in 2014 by ecommerce business owners on the simple premise that "ecommerce accounting shouldn't be this hard"

Our founders set out to build software that could solve their own problem. One experienced by hundreds of thousands of ecommerce businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers around the world.

At first, A2X focused on building automation for those selling on Amazon and accounting in Xero. Over time, the business grew and so did the product. Now, A2X supports businesses selling on Amazon, Shopify, BigCommerce, eBay, Etsy, Walmart and accounting in Xero, QuickBooks Online, or Sage. With more integrations to come.

Customers, accountants, and bookkeepers using A2X have processed over 700,000,000 orders and reconciled over 3,000,000 settlements.

Why does it matter? With A2X, ecommerce businesses and their advisors can accurately reconcile revenue in a fraction of the time. Accurate financials lead to better business decisions. Better business decisions lead to enduring and successful small businesses. And small businesses drive the global economy.

Join us as we usher in the next generation of ecommerce businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers, equipped with leading ecommerce accounting automation and accurate financial visibility at their fingertips.
