Support Modules Added to the Mapping Page

The A2X Mapping Page has been upgraded, but instead of a total transformation, we’ve focused on making it more user-friendly without changing the advanced functionality you’re familiar with.

Mapping can be complicated, which is why we want to give you quick access to the resources you need to do it yourself or enlist the help of an ecommerce accounting professional.

Here’s an overview of what’s been added:

1. How To Setup Mappings Section: In this new section, you can find links to useful resources to help you with your accounts and tax mapping. If you’re not working with an ecommerce accountant and would like some expert help, there is a link to the A2X directory.

2. Enable Auto Setup Section: If you’d like A2X to create our default chart of accounts in your accounting software, then you can click here to do so. If you’ve already set up A2X’s default chart of accounts, then you can use the ‘Reset’ button to change your mappings back to the default setup. Rest assured, A2X will never recreate the same account/s if they’re already in your accounting software.

3. Assisted Setup Status Section: This section will show if you’ve completed the assisted setup questionnaire. Most sellers are prompted to do this the first time they visit the accounts and taxes page. If you’d like to reset your questionnaire, you can do this by clicking ‘Update’.

4. Refined filters: We’ve also fine-tuned the filters section, making it more intuitive and easier to find what you’re looking for.
