We’ve added a refresh cache link to the mappings page, enabling users to quickly access the refresh cache button in the connections page. This link will direct you to your Settings > Connections page, simplifying the process of updating cached data. A cache refresh is needed when a new account is created within your accounting software and you need A2X to read this new account.
