Introducing Your New Settlements & Payouts Page

The redesigned A2X Settlements/Payouts page is here, and it’s going to make finding, reviewing, and posting your A2X entries a dream.

The new page includes many new features, including enhanced usability, faster loading times, and overall functionality improvements, making the accurate reconciliation of your ecommerce financials that much easier.

Who is this page for?

In short, everyone. If you have an A2X account and have posted an entry through to your accounting software, then you’ll have visited the Settlements page. Depending on what sales channel you have, the page might be called something different:

• If you have an Amazon or Walmart A2X account, the page will be called ‘Settlements’.
• If you have a Shopify, eBay, or BigCommerce A2X account the page will be called ‘Payouts’.
• If you have an Etsy A2X account, the page will be called ‘Deposits’.

Let’s take a look at what’s new

Updated user interface: Experience a cleaner, more user-friendly page layout, making it easier to understand your settlement/payout data at a glance.

Faster performance: Leveraging the power of our new database, the page now loads much faster, allowing for quicker reviewing and posting.

Enhanced Action Buttons: Common actions like ‘post to Xero’ or ‘post to QBO’ are now prominently displayed, streamlining your workflows.

Default Bulk Actions: Apply actions to multiple entries more easily with our improved bulk action feature—no more navigating through multiple menus.

Improved Filtering and Searching: Similar to the mapping page, the redesigned filters help you swiftly locate specific settlements, such as those that haven’t been posted yet.

When can you access the new page?

• Early access for existing accounts: From 21st May, all existing accounts will have the option to enable the new page from the Beta Features section, by clicking ‘Settings’, ‘Beta features’, then ‘Join Beta’.

• Applied to all accounts: On 1st July, 2024 the page will be applied to all accounts.
