Introducing the A2X Partner Dashboard

Great news for A2X’s accounting and bookkeeping partners managing multiple client accounts! We are excited to announce the launch of the new A2X Partner Dashboard. This innovative tool is designed to significantly simplify and enhance how partners oversee and interact with their clients’ A2X accounts.

The A2X Partner Dashboard provides a wealth of information at a glance, making client management more efficient:

1. Number of Subscribed Accounts: Easily track the total number of A2X subscriptions you manage, displayed prominently at the top of the dashboard. This feature is particularly useful for practices with fluctuating client numbers.
2. Posting Inactivity: Identify which accounts have not posted in the last 30 days, regardless of whether they’re set to Auto-post or manually handled. This tool helps in quickly pinpointing inactive accounts for further action.
3. Accounts in Trial Mode: Monitor new clients who are in the trial phase of A2X. This insight is critical for ensuring these accounts transition smoothly to a full subscription, allowing you to address any issues promptly.
4. Accounting System and Sales Channel Disconnections: Stay updated on any disconnections with accounting systems or sales channels, caused by updates, expired credentials, or other issues. These widgets on the dashboard alert you to such disruptions, enabling quick reconnection to avoid delays or inaccuracies in accounting.

To access the Partner Dashboard, simply log into your A2X account, click on the account dropdown, and select ‘Partner Overview’ followed by ‘Dashboard.’ If you’re not seeing the Partner Overview option but are interested in accessing the dashboard, reach out to us at partners@a2xaccounting.com.
